Yes. SkyBridge supports division-based assignment, manager accounts with scoped reporting, and learner imports that route people into the right divisions automatically.
Can we build and control our own courses?
Yes. The authoring workflow supports structured course creation, imported blueprints, cloning, and draft-to-review-to-publish control with stable published versions.
How are assessments handled?
Courses can use timed assessments, pass marks, attempt limits, retake waiting periods, and prerequisite rules as part of a broader learning path.
Does SkyBridge cover compliance evidence?
It includes compliance validity windows, due-soon tracking, certificate issuance, verification pages, and reporting that shows leaders the current learning record.
What happens at sites with poor internet?
SkyBridge ships offline delivery nodes: a local box on the site network holds courses, manuals, low-bandwidth video, and assessments. Learners work fully offline, and progress syncs back to HQ when connectivity returns — with node health monitored centrally.
Which e-learning standards do you support?
SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, cmi5, xAPI (Tin Can) and AICC. Upload the .zip your authoring tool exported and SkyBridge works out which it is, with completion, score, bookmarking and resume handled for you. xAPI and cmi5 content talks to the learning record store built into the platform. Whichever standard a course speaks, the result lands in the same record as everything else, so it still produces a certificate, a compliance date and a competency. LTI is not supported.
Can you track competency, not just course completion?
Yes. A competency is the capability the job needs; a course is how it is earned. Link the courses that award it, set who needs it by division and job title, and the coverage matrix shows what each person holds, what is lapsing, and what they are missing. Competencies carry their own renewal window, and external certification can be recorded against evidence.
